Calories vs Hormones

In this video, I discuss the misconception that weight loss is solely dependent on calorie intake. I explain how hormones play a crucial role in our bodies and why focusing on calories alone is not effective. I provide examples and data to support this argument. By the end of the video, you will have a better understanding of the importance of hormones in weight management and the need to prioritize insulin levels.
