Habit Creation Is Easier Than We Think

We hear a lot that changing is hard, but many would also argue that staying the same is equally hard, and usually worse than changing. There’s no end of information about how to build better habits, the power of change, and even more material when you add in nutrition and exercise data.

If you want to do more than you’re doing now, I’ve got the magic pill, magic bullet and easy button, in three easy steps!

  1. Decide on no more than 2 things to do differently.

  2. Write them down in a place you will see frequently throughout the day, but especially during the times you need to do them (morning, before bed, before meals, before workouts, etc).

  3. Tell me about it.

These three strategies aren’t new or even original, but they do work. And it’s the work part that can easily become impossible, but ONLY In your head.

Changing is not hard. It’s making the decision to do what you want to do without arguing and deferring and excusing. It’s parenting yourself in the most loving way because obviously, if you want to change, it will be for the better.

Let’s do it! I’ll help you. Tell me what you’re wanting to change and we’ll get working on it.

Happy Changing!
