PB nana cake

I have a peanut butter fetish.  I would like to blame my mom, but it's really my own doing.  I like the taste and fullness it provides.  I can justify it because it's natural pb that I eat the most, and by most, I mean daily.  When I'm asked what I eat, I answer, "peanut butter and other less sufficient foods". Although I do to eat vegetables, too...some smeared with pb.  :)  Is this overload?  Maybe, but it's one of things that helps me understand what it's like to need help.  And I'm just like everyone else; not perfect.  As a trainer, I get asked A LOT of questions from people who think I have the answers.  Sometimes I do.  Sometimes, we work it out together. What I am able to understand because of my love of the nut is change resistance.   I don't want to give up my favorite food, even though it would improve the variety and quality of my diet to some degree.  Maybe someday I will, but for now, I work extra hard in some workouts, and I enjoy my food.  To me, that's important.  I am content with my imperfect habit.  Until I'm really ready to give it up, I'm not willing to feel guilty about one more thing because of some unwritten rule that I have to be better, do more, look perfect.

Here's one my go to meals (breakfast, snack, lunch or dinner!):  Rice cake (because I like the crunch), peanut butter and sliced banana (sometimes drizzled with honey).  Apparently, this combination is quite popular because Pinterest has a whole page dedicated to peanut butter and bananas.  See...I'm not the only one.
